Tems can be classified as. "New" - New and unopened (item may have shelf wear). "Opened box" - Contents are new in an opened box (may have been removed). "Mint" - Used item but everything looks new.

"Excellent" - Used item in mostly unused condition. "Great" - Prior use obvious but the prior owner took great care. "Good" - Typical use from the prior owner. "Fair" - Heavy use with excessive wear.
