Rostand Brass Altar Candlesticks, Pair, 24 inches

This is a pair of vintage Rostand solid brass altar candlesticks. Was a brass foundry in post-Civil War New England. Eventually, the company relocated to Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. Navy; ultimately, the company settled into the production of churchwares and household wares, which they still produce today.

This pair, style #318, was produced circa 1970s. Each stick is 24 inches high and weighs 4 lbs, 12 oz. They are in beautiful vintage condition, with expected wear including some discoloration and slight pitting (see 2nd and 3rd photos, respectively, for examples).
