This listing is for a Pair of Vintage Dansk Mid Century Danish Modern Large 17.25 (44 cm) Tall Candlesticks / Candle Holders. They were designed by Jens Quistgaard. Both are marked on bottoms with "DANSK DESIGNS DENMARK IHQ" (photos 5 and 6). They have a bronze / gold colored metallic finish, not sure if original or not. If your wanted to reveal the iron color underneath I'm sure it could be removed with some paint thinner or acetone. They are made of cast iron and each has 2 shiny brass beveled accents on the square shafts. They have round feet and cages at tops around the candle sockets. They are in excellent condition overall. No breaks, dents, or cracks. Makes them looks aged and more rustic. Please view photos carefully as they are my main description. They are very big and heavy weighing over 2.5 lbs together before packing and will be securely packaged. UPS is usually the cheapest for big and heavy packages. They measure 17 1/4" (43.7 cm) tall, 2 1/4" (5.8 cm) across tops, have 1/2" (1.3 cm) diameter sockets, and 3 3/4" (9.4 cm) at the bases or feet.
