French Brass & Porcelain Candelabra Candle Holder Hand Painted-Set/Pair

The candle holders are approximately 15 1/2 high. They are marked FRANCE on the bottom. There is a small hole in the back of one of the bases. The hole is circled in one of the pictures. The candle holders need tightening.
