Antique Lancini Victorian Candle Holders

These are in used condition and one is missing a picture. ANTIQUE LANCINI VICTORIAN CANDLE HOLDERS (MADE IN ITALY)HEAVY METALSPECTACULAR PIECES almost 15 LONG TWO Rare Vintage/Antique Lancini Brass Victorian Wall Candle Holders. Measure 14.75" tall by 6" wide by 4.5 deep (wall to front of holders). Weigh 2.5 pounds and two pounds, One is in good condition with 3 tiers, The other is missing a picture picture from the candle holder.

You can see it only has 2 pictures in the one - see pictures. These also are a little lose I believe they can be tightened but I'm unsure and don't want to damage anything.
