Vintage Set of Two Brass Eagle Claw Candle Holders - Here I have some candle holders that are absolutely stunning!! I obtained these from an estate sale, and discovered that they have been packed away in a box for many years, and there is a story behind them from the information I received. I felt that these items were definitely worth having cleaned, and restored back to their original shine, as they had developed patina from over the years. The images you see are the best I could take with my camera, as the brass is very reflective of the light. I will try to be as most descriptive about these items as I can. On a flat surface, they measure approximately 6-13/16 inches high from top to bottom. From the tip of the front middle talon (claw) to the tip of the back claw measures just a little over 5-1/4 inches. I weighed each of these candle holders separately on my postal scale, and one weighs 1 Lb 6.4 oz, and the other weighs 1 Lb 7.6 oz. These objects are not made out of solid brass, but are still heavy.
