Girandole Candleholders/Candelabras 15 Pair Cast in Brass w/ White Marble, Sterling Silver Connector, Ornate Globes and Crystal Prisms. Girandole is a French word that means an ornamental candlestick or candlelabra with branched supports for candles. The term came into use during the second half of the 17th century. Each candelabra holds 4 candles.

There are 16 separate crystal prisms included, with 8 needed for each candelabra. The ornate brass is in excellent condition and shows no signs of wear. There are NO cracks, scratches, dents, or repairs. The ornate cut glass globes and the white marble have no cracks, scratches or chips.

The crystal prisms are in excellent condition with no cloudiness, chips, or cracks. These candelabras are large and heavy.

5 x 2 = 10 lbs. Maker's mark on bottom: Accurate Casting Co. (Long Island, NY) which primarily cast the metal (Brass) parts for lamps. This magnificent pair of Girandole Candelabras belonged to my mother, who had an eye for elegant, beautiful things.

She loved to watch the candlelight dance on their sparkling prisms. More photos available upon request.
