As can be seen in picture #9 one swan is is lighter or more tarnished than the other. It appears it may have been rewired at some point. The lamp shade is adjustable in height. The base measures 9.5" x 5". The shade measures approximately 17" x 8" x 5.25. The lamp measures 30 from the base to the finial.
